Design-build and pre-construction

WCI is a recognized leader in design-build, turn-key construction. We can carry a project from site selection to layout, design and engineering, through execution and turnover: site planning, entitlements, early budgeting, and the electrical, mechanical and civil engineering it takes to get permits. One firm to deal with instead of five eases the burden on the owner.

Additions and renovations

More room in the building you already like, or a fresh start on one that's showing its age. A lot of this work happens while people are still living or working in the place, and we plan the job around that instead of pretending it isn't true.

Construction management

Some owners hire us to run the job rather than build it. We line up the bids, watch the money, and keep the schedule honest. It's the same license and the same standards, applied to other people's crews.

Repairs and small jobs

The door that won't hang right. The stucco crack that keeps coming back. Small jobs get the same paperwork and the same crew standards as big ones, because that's usually how the big jobs found us in the first place.
